It plays 3120 yards from tips. Wide Open Fairways and Elevation Changes The undulating terrain of this golf course creates changes in elevation from tee to green. Sloped, wide open fairways and small, fast greens combined with the hilly terrain make Ware Shoals fun and challenging for all golfers. The 190 yard par 3 number 2 hole is the most difficult and requires an uphill tee shot to the green. Can Be Played as 9 or 18 Holes There is an additional set of men’s tees that can be used when playing an 18-hole round. The alternate tees provide a completely different strategy for each hole compared to the previous 9. Conveniently Located Just minutes from Greenwood, South Carolina and a short drive from Greenville, Ware Shoals is a great place to get in a quick 9 or 18 hole round.
